Our app helps you track nutrition and reach your health goals. You can:

• Log meals manually or with AI photo analysis (10 images/day)
• Track your daily nutrition intake
• Monitor progress toward your goals

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You’re responsible for all activity on your account

3. Acceptable Use

Please use the app responsibly. Don’t:

• Upload inappropriate or illegal content
• Try to hack or exploit the app
• Share your account with others

4. AI Meal Analysis

When you use our AI photo analysis:

• Nutrition estimates are approximations and may not be perfectly accurate
• Images are analyzed by Google Gemini AI
• You can delete your photos anytime
• Only upload images you own or have permission to use

5. Health Information

Syal AI is a tracking tool, not medical advice.

• This app is for informational purposes only
• Always consult with healthcare professionals about your diet and health
• We’re not liable for any health outcomes from using the app

5.5 Nutrition Calculations

Daily nutrition recommendations are calculated using:

• Mifflin-St Jeor equation for basal metabolic rate (BMR)
• Activity multipliers based on established exercise physiology
• Macro distribution guidelines from USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans

These are general estimates. Individual needs may vary. Always consult healthcare professionals for personalized nutrition advice.

6. Service Availability

Syal AI is currently free to use. We may modify features or pricing in the future. The service is provided "as is" and we'll do our best to keep it running smoothly.

7. Your Content

• You own the meal photos you upload
• By uploading content, you give us permission to store and process it to provide our service

8. Account Deletion

• You can delete your account anytime in Profile settings
• Your data will be removed within 30 days

Note: Your email is retained to prevent abuse (multiple account creation)

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
